Nicole A. Coppersmith - Founder/Executive Director/Board Member

Raised in Central Pennsylvania, attended Pennsylvania State University, Bachelors in Speech Communication, Political Science and History.  She also participated in the University of Pittsburgh – Semester at Sea Theatre Program.  Ms. Coppersmith moved to Tennessee after living in New York City, NY and working in the Entertainment Business.  She has been an accomplished Realtor since 2004.  Ms. Coppersmith had a heart attack in February 2008.  

Heather Leusink, MS, CEP - Secretary/Board Member

Raised in Milwaukee Wisconsin, a Graduate of the University of Wisconsin receiving a Masters Degree in Science, and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist.  Mrs. Leusink has been working in Cardiac Rehabilitation since 2001.  She resides in Franklin, TN with her family.

Jeaneen Yenter - Board Member

Raised in Waverly, Tennessee, attended Nashville State Community College, Graphic Arts. She has worked in the Publishing & Advertising business for 27 years. Ms. Yenter owns/operates Jam Graphics since 2007. She has experienced heart disease in her family.
